JEREMY GROSS
Jeremy is a lifelong Colorado resident who has always had a passion for building and problem-solving. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (certification #13072503), a Colorado licensed (RME.0000076) and NRPP certified (112954-RMP) radon tester who brings 14 years of construction, home remodeling and property renovation experience, 6 years of management experience and extensive property management knowledge to Rocky Mountain Property Inspections. Jeremy understands the importance of not only providing exceptional property inspection and home inspection services but attentive customer service as well. Making sure that all your questions are answered and that you understand your home inspection report are a top priority. Jeremy likes spending his time off enjoying outdoor activities with his wife and 2 children.
KIPP HAMBERGER
Kipp brings over 30 years of residential and commercial building experience and 15 years of home inspection experience to Rocky Mountain Property Inspections. With over 4,000 inspections under his belt, Kipp’s knowledge, experience, and in-depth understanding of what it takes to thoroughly inspect a property are second to none. Kipp is not only an expert home inspector, but he is highly experienced in commercial property inspections and historic home inspections as well. Kipp is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector (certification #12013106) and a Colorado licensed (RME.0000088) and NRPP certified (112960-RMFT) radon tester. When he’s not busy performing home inspections, Kipp can be found enjoying all the wonderful activities our mountain community has to offer, including camping, fishing, and ATV excursions.
